Technical Project Manager
Drive multi-stream software delivery with strong operational discipline, transparent stakeholder communication, and practical technical fluency.
This role sits at the center of execution. We are looking for someone who can keep delivery moving across engineering, product, and client stakeholders without hiding risk or creating process theatre. You should be comfortable speaking both roadmap and implementation.
What you will do
- Own project plans, sequencing, status communication, and delivery rituals across workstreams.
- Track risks, dependencies, blockers, and changes in scope with clear escalation paths.
- Coordinate with engineering leads to align delivery plans with implementation reality.
- Maintain concise, executive-ready reporting for internal and client stakeholders.
- Support discovery, planning, and release management for time-sensitive engagements.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years managing software delivery programs with meaningful technical complexity.
- Hands-on experience with project management tooling — Jira, Linear, Notion, or equivalent — and the discipline to keep them current without overhead.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks; PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification is a plus.
- Strong written communication and comfort leading conversations with senior internal and client stakeholders.
- Sufficient technical fluency to read a ticket, understand an architecture diagram, and sequence engineering work credibly.
- Good judgment under pressure and a clear bias toward early risk visibility over late heroics.
