Solutions Architect
Lead solution design for multi-system programs, turning ambiguous requirements into delivery-ready architectures that teams can actually execute.
We need someone who can structure messy technical landscapes into coherent systems. This is not a slideware role. You will spend time in discovery, solution shaping, delivery planning, and review loops that keep execution aligned to reality.
What you will do
- Lead architecture definition for new builds, modernization efforts, and multi-system integrations.
- Create solution blueprints, decision records, and sequencing plans that delivery teams can execute.
- Evaluate trade-offs across platforms, hosting, security, and data flows.
- Support client conversations where technical clarity and credibility matter.
- Review in-flight implementation work to keep systems aligned with the intended design.
Required qualifications
- Strong background designing distributed application architectures and integration-heavy systems.
- Experience making practical decisions under budget, time, and dependency constraints.
- Ability to communicate architecture clearly to engineers, delivery leads, and client stakeholders.
- Comfort reviewing code and infrastructure decisions at a meaningful level of depth.
- Track record of reducing complexity rather than adding it.
