Business Systems Analyst
Turn operational complexity into clear requirements, process models, and delivery-ready decisions across software modernization and systems integration work.
This role is for someone who can listen carefully, structure ambiguity, and help teams make better decisions earlier. You will work between clients, delivery leads, and engineers to clarify processes, map requirements, and reduce rework before it reaches implementation.
What you will do
- Run discovery sessions, document requirements, and map business processes for delivery teams.
- Translate stakeholder input into structured stories, workflow models, and implementation-ready briefs.
- Identify data, policy, process, and integration dependencies that affect scope and sequencing.
- Support acceptance criteria, release readiness, and change-impact analysis.
- Help maintain alignment between business goals and what is actually being built.
Required qualifications
- Experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product operations, or delivery consulting.
- Strong facilitation and documentation skills with attention to clarity and traceability.
- Comfort working with technical teams and understanding system constraints.
- Ability to organize messy stakeholder input into coherent next steps.
- Good judgment around detail, scope, and when to push for clarification.
